Sarah Dixon
Executive Director
Sarah is a local attorney specializing in appeals. She has a background in litigation, mediation, and state legislation. A native of North Carolina, Sarah received her BA from The University of North Carolina and her JD from The University of Texas School of Law. She has previously been on the Family Promise Board since 2014 and served on many committees. She was the chair of the initial Bed Race event and now serves as the Executive Director for FPGNB.

Jill Ingersoll, LMSW, AFC®
Family Services Coordinator
Jill Ingersoll is a licensed Social Worker with a strong desire to assist families in their journey to self-empowerment. Jill has a Bachelor in Psychology from the University of Maryland, and a Master of Social Work in Advanced Practice Leadership from Texas State University. She is a 2010 FINRA Fellowship recipient and earned the designation of Accredited Financial Counselor. Jill has worked in the financial services sector, served as a financial educator and counselor to members of the military, and worked as an advocate for survivors of sexual trauma. As a proud Air Force spouse, she has had the opportunity to travel, live overseas, and explore other cultures. She and her husband reside in Canyon Lake with their much loved and spoiled Labrador Retrievers.

Jan Hutchings
Development Coordinator
Jan has been working with Family Promise since the beginning in 2013. She recently accepted a change in roles, moving from an Administrative Assistant to her current role as Development Coordinator. She is enjoying the challenge of seeking funds for the organization which she loves so much.

Elisa Campos
Administrative Assistant
Elisa is currently a junior at The University of Texas at Austin, working towards earning her BSW from Steve Hicks School of Social Work. She has lived in New Braunfels for most of her life and continues to reside here as a commuter student. She is thrilled to be working with Family Promise, as she is very passionate about social justice for the homeless community, affordable housing, children, and parents. In her free time, Elisa loves camping, hiking, practicing yoga, and spending time with her adorable niece.
